I am Václav Kňourek, a Culture and Business Advisor. I help leaders build teams people don’t want to leave: environments where people actually want to work, grow and deliver. Guided by a strong moral compass, I combine professional empathy with clear strategic analysis to get the best out of your team.

I work closely with founders, product teams and organisational leaders to diagnose operational friction and put the structure back in line. By removing internal barriers one by one, I make sure workplace performance and company resilience grow together. The result is a workplace people genuinely want to belong to.

A practical playbook and ethnographic study I wrote during my Executive MBA at the Prague University of Economics and Business. It gives leaders tested, practical ways to put people first.
